Biography

Landon Ryan, a dedicated software engineer, has built a remarkable career in the tech industry, with experience at leading companies such as Meta and Facebook. At Meta, Landon has been instrumental in driving forward key engineering projects, while his internship experience at Facebook gave him a solid foundation in software development, contributing to high-impact initiatives within the company.

While at Georgia Tech, Landon took a multifaceted approach to his academic career, excelling as the Head Teaching Assistant for the Data Structures and Algorithms course. He led a team of over 30 TAs, co-authored innovative automation tools that significantly improved grading efficiency, and played a critical role in supporting the learning experience of over 600 students, particularly during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. His leadership skills were further demonstrated as a Senior Teaching Assistant, where he collaborated with instructors to manage course logistics, create exams, and assist students in mastering complex material.

Passionate about technology and education, Landon has also served as a Google Cloud Platform Student Innovator, helping connect students and faculty with tailored solutions on the Google Cloud.
