Kirk Moss is a problem-solving engineer with extensive expertise in failure analysis and repair solutions for existing buildings. With over a decade of experience at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc., he focuses on facade assessments, wood structure investigations, and resolving complex engineering challenges. Kirk has investigated a variety of structural failures, including high-profile cases like the FIU Bridge Collapse, the displaced granite panels at One Atlanta Center, the Surfside Champlain Towers collapse, and the roof replacement of the Congress Center.

Throughout his career, Kirk has held roles that sharpened his skills in structural engineering, geotechnical testing, and site planning. At Tech, he gained valuable experience participating in Co-ops and Internships, where he conducted laboratory testing and designed utility access plans. His background also includes structural analysis and project support in both public and private sectors, often contributing to insurance claims and litigation cases.
