Biography

Johnny Meshramkar is an aspiring medical professional currently pursuing his MD at Emory University School of Medicine. With a solid foundation in neuroscience from his undergraduate studies at Georgia Institute of Technology, Johnny has demonstrated a strong commitment to healthcare and community service. He has extensive experience volunteering at the Winship Cancer Institute, where he assists with patient care and supports medical staff.

Johnny's dedication to healthcare began early in his career with hands-on roles such as a Dental Intern at 32 Pearls Family Dentistry and a Contact Tracer for the Georgia Department of Public Health during the COVID-19 pandemic. These experiences honed his skills in patient management, data organization, and community health education.

At Georgia Tech, Johnny was an active leader and advocate. He participated in a variety of organizations, serving as Chapter President of Phi Gamma Delta and engaging with the Brain Exercise Initiative and Student Hospital Connections. His commitment to service extended to his role as a Campus Kitchens Food Recovery volunteer and a Neuroscience Club member.

Johnny combines his medical pursuits with a passion for faith-based outreach, having worked with organizations like Campus Crusaders and Campus Outreach. With a diverse background in both healthcare and community engagement, he is well-prepared for a promising career in pediatrics and is committed to making a positive impact in the medical field.
